What we collect
- Name, email address, password (hashed — we cannot see it)
- Employment status (selected from dropdown at signup)
- Assessment responses and scores
- Coaching chat messages
- Basic usage data via PostHog analytics
How we use it
- To generate your personal leadership profile
- To provide coaching features
- To send you emails related to your account
- To improve the platform
Who can see your data
- You — always, in full
- Your team leader (if on organisational path) — your ManavaStyle card and full report only. Never your chat history.
- Manava Talent Partners — admin access for platform management only
- Anthropic — your assessment responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
- PostHog — anonymised usage analytics only. No personally identifying information.
Where data is stored
Your data is stored in Supabase and Vercel. Both use AES-256 encryption at rest and HTTPS in transit. Servers are located in the United States and/or European Union.
Your rights
Under GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. All requests: team@manavastyle.com or use the export and delete buttons in your Profile settings.
Data retention
- Active account data: retained while your account is active
- Coaching chat history: auto-expires after 6 months per thread
- Deleted accounts: 90-day soft delete then permanent removal
- Audit logs: 12 months

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
