1. About this service
ManavaStyle is a leadership assessment and coaching platform operated by Manava Talent Partners. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use ManavaStyle
You must be 18 or older. This platform is designed for professional development and workplace contexts.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person, one account — accounts may not be shared.
4. Your assessment and report
Your assessment results and personal coaching report belong to you. They are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) and are intended for educational and professional development purposes only. They do not constitute clinical, psychological, or medical advice.
5. What your team leader can see
If you are participating through an organisation: your ManavaStyle card and your full personal coaching report are visible to your team leader automatically upon completing the assessment. This is disclosed before you begin. Your coaching chat history is never visible to your team leader, your organisation, or any other user.
6. Data we collect
We collect your name, email address, employment context, and assessment responses. We use this data to generate your personal profile and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
7. Cancellation and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Your data is held for 90 days after deletion before permanent removal. You can request immediate deletion by emailing team@manavastyle.com.
8. Limitation of liability
ManavaStyle provides an educational tool. Manava Talent Partners is not liable for decisions made based on assessment results.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
